1. Make sure you have the following for the conduct of online class
   • Equipment like Laptop, Cell Phone, Desktop Computer that has a camera and microphone or installed Headphone.
   • Stable Internet Connection.
   • ZOOM Application
   • Pdf Reader for Handouts (Adobe. Foxit)
   • Pencil/Ballpen and Notebooks for note taking.
2. Fill out the Trainees Feedback Form after finishing the module to help us in improving our online products and services
3. Attendance will be confirmed after the submission of Trainees Feedback Form.
4. Training Certificate will be released on the last day of training after full and final settlement of all required fees.
5. Kindly present your RECEIPT to the releasing officer. For trainees outside Metro Manila, we encourage the use of Courier Services (LBC, LALAMOVE, Etc.) for
   the delivery of certificates. Kindly contact us regarding this matter.
